Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
- Cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to vendors or merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- Orders for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc., cannot be canceled. However, refunds or replacements are possible if the quality of the product is found to be unsatisfactory.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following situations:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt. After verification by the merchant, we will process the refund or replacement.
- If the product you receive does not match what was shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, report it within 30 days of receipt. Our Customer Service team will review your complaint and decide accordingly.
- For products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will take 1-2 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account.
